  • Color and Texture: Please note that due to variations in digital displays and the inherent nature of textiles, actual product colors and textures may vary slightly from the images on your screen.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

5. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

As a furnishing specialist, many of our items are custom-made to customer specifications.

  • Accuracy of Specs: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and requirements.
  • No Cancellation: Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
  • GST: Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and added to the order total during checkout.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
