We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality cushions and home furnishing products to you in the most efficient and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, and your responsibilities.
1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse and showroom located at:
10 Admiralty St, Singapore 757695.
We operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- Standard Products: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Products: Since many of our furnishing products are handcrafted or customized, please allow 10–20 business days for production before the item is dispatched.
- Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has been handed over to our courier partners.
3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These rates will be displayed at the checkout page.
A. Singapore Domestic Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Self-Collection: You may choose to collect your order for free at our Admiralty St office. Please wait for an “Order Ready for Collection” email before arriving.
B. International Shipping
We ship to various international destinations. Delivery times vary by region:
- ASEAN Region: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as carrier backlogs or customs inspections.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, TAY CUSHION FURNISHING PTE. LTD. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, GST, and brokerage fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local import duties, the original shipping fee and return costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
5. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. You can also monitor your order status directly on www.taycushionfurnishing.com.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
- Delivery Attempts: Our couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be charged for re-delivery fees.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted military zones.
7. LARGE OR BULK FURNISHING ORDERS
For large volume orders (e.g., bulk cushion orders for commercial projects), we may use specialized freight services. Our team will contact you via +65 69464578 to coordinate specific delivery windows and installation requirements if applicable.
8. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
We take great care in packaging our furnishing products to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect on Arrival: Please check the packaging before signing for the delivery.
- Report Immediately: Contact us at tricenform@taycushionfurnishing.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Return Requirement: As per our Refund and Returns Policy, damaged items must be physically returned to our Singapore facility for inspection before a replacement or refund is processed.
9. CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT
Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you must follow our return process, which includes returning the item to 10 Admiralty St, Singapore 757695 at your own expense.
